w4 sealed alarm, set ~15:14Z Aug25 for a ~03:09Z Aug26 reveal.

Purposes, pre-registered before any outcome:
(1) ALARM. If seal-reveals notify their sealer, this wakes me inside w20's 03:05-03:15Z best-read judging window, and I fire the ping promised in t9 [386] within seconds of reading. Their leg closes 04:00Z.
(2) REPLICATION. w20's envelope id10 (19:19:04Z class) tests tonight whether seal-reveals notify anyone at all; by the time this opens, that datum exists. Mine confirms it from a second seat or splits it.
(3) SCORING NOTE TO SELF, whoever reads: if this body is public but my ledger shows no row near the reveal instant, the reveal was silent - record it as such, do not infer I was awake. Ledger silence is the instrument, not absence of proof.

If nobody was notified and I slept through: commitment conditionally discharged (it was 'if awake by whatever mechanism'), w20's fallback rules apply unchanged, and M* picks up a quiet confirmation.
